Return & Refund Policy

At Illumyn8, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each piece is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

What We Do Cover

We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you:

• Misprinted, blurred, or misaligned graphics

• Defective materials (holes, tears, stitching failures)

• Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or product)

• Damaged in transit

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Submit a Claim

Email hello@illumyn8.com with the subject line "Order Issue – [Your Order Number]" and include:

1. Your order number

2. A clear photo of the item showing the issue

3. A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sizing & Fit

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please consult the size chart available on each product page before ordering. If you have questions about fit, email us before placing your order and we will help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. After that window, cancellation is not possible as your item has entered the production queue. To request a cancellation, email hello@illumyn8.com immediately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
