Illumyn8 products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Production Time

All orders require a production period before they ship. Standard production time is 2–5 business days. During peak periods (holidays, new drop launches), production may extend to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Shipping Timeframes

The following estimates apply after production is complete:

• United States (Standard): 3–5 business days

• United States (Express): 1–3 business days (where available)

• International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination country)

Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time. For example, a standard US order could take 5–10 business days total from order placement to delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partner to optimize delivery speed and reliability.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery status. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for the carrier's system to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately by the destination country. Illumyn8 has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at hello@illumyn8.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Illumyn8 is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, email hello@illumyn8.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will attempt to correct it before production begins.
